Collection areas

We cover all the London and M25 areas listed here. The groups help you find a location; they are not separate tariffs. Your collection quote depends on the waste, the amount and the carrying route at the property. A flat, a house and a business premises can need different collection arrangements even on the same street.

For a same-day appointment, call 020 3404 6996 with the postcode and a description of the load. Our telephone line is open 24/7. The team can check a suitable collection slot for the actual job.

The area guides linked below explain relevant local disposal options alongside our private carrying and loading service. You can also request a collection for any other listed area through the existing enquiry form.

Choose the right collection service

For furniture, appliances and mixed household items, see domestic rubbish collection. A larger property clear-out can be assessed through house clearance. Businesses should use commercial rubbish collection so the quotation reflects the business load.

Garden cuttings, building materials and electrical items have their own requirements. Use the relevant service in the menu and identify the materials in your enquiry. The calculator provides a guide only for confirmed load bands; dedicated commercial and electrical jobs receive an individual quote.

What should I send for a quote?

Include the collection postcode, the items and their approximate quantity, where they are in the property, and the floor or stairs involved. Photographs can help describe bulky furniture or a mixed pile. Keep retained belongings separate and identify any items that are fixed, connected or particularly heavy.
